Request a Refill

You can now request refills three ways!

Reminder: All patients should bring a printed list of their their current medications and dosage to every visit.

If you forgot to request a refill of your maintenance medications at your last appointment (those you take on an ongoing basis), there are several ways you can have them refilled for your convenience:

Secured E-mail

You can request for prescriptions thru our secured e-mail at drabrantes@mypulsemds.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.

*Please know that email communication you initiate may not be done through a secure platform. Although it is unlikely, there is a possibility that information you include in your submission can be intercepted and read by parties other than the intended recipient. To protect your confidential information, please do not include personal identifying information such as your birth date or personal medical information in any emails or website submissions you send to us.

Call Our Office

You can also call our office to request a refill on your medications. Simply select “prescription refill” option when you call, and leave your name, phone number, the name of the medication, the dosage, and the desired pharmacy. Please speak clearly, and note: requests without complete information can cause delays in your request.

Please allow for 72 hours for telephonic prescription refill processing.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Some prescriptions cannot be refilled without an office visit, including controlled substances, and no prescriptions can be refilled if you have not been seen in our office within the previous year.

***We don't encourage Pharmaceutical companies requesting prescription refills in your behalf. This often lead to miscommunication or misinformation that we would like to avoid. We kindly ask that you request for this yourself.
