6. SMS Communications and Consent
If you opt in to receive SMS (text) messages from Pulse MD, you consent to receive communications related to your healthcare services.
Program Description:
“Pulse MD will send SMS messages to patients who opt-in via our secure web form or on-site registration. Messages will include appointment reminders, notifications, and other health-related updates. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for support.”
SMS communications may not be fully secure. By opting in, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7. Use of Contact Information
We use your phone number and contact information solely for:
- Healthcare communications
- Appointment reminders
- Administrative notifications
- Billing-related communications
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
8. Website Data Collection and Use
When you visit our website, we may collect limited non-medical information such as:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Pages visited
This information is used to improve website functionality and user experience. Any personal information submitted through forms is handled in accordance with this policy and HIPAA, where applicable.
