As your Primary Care provider, we serve as your overall health advocate. We can address every day ailments as well as specialized medical conditions and coordinate your care with your specialists.
Routine Care
We evaluate every aspect of your health to come up with a comprehensive plan to address your specific healthcare needs. This includes ordering routine labs, screening and diagnostic testing.
Immunizations/Vaccines Clinic
We can provide your vaccines for shingles, influenza, pneumonia, and more. We offer prescription medication injection for those who have injectables and are unable to self-administer the medications.
Wellness
Medicare now provides coverage for an “Annual Wellness Visit” in addition to the one-time “Welcome to Medicare.”. This is a recommendation by most insurances that Medicare started. It’s a form of health risk assessment to ensure that you are up to date on your preventive health maintenance as well.
As primary care physicians , we know the cornerstone to your health is prevention. This new benefit is designed to focus on plans for prevention and wellness. We believe this service will be valuable to you and we encourage you to learn about it and participate in the program.
At the Annual Wellness Visit we will work with you to a personalized plan to help keep you at our best health over the next few years. To do this, your medical history will be updated, including a list of all your other health care providers. Your blood pressure, height and weight measurements will be taken, and there will be a screening for conditions related to cognitive impairment, depression, fall risk and functional status.
Urgent Visits
We have the ability to see patients with same-day appointments for non-life-threatening situations in most cases. When you are sick or hurting, want to be seen right away and don’t want to spend hours and hours in the ER. For example, urinary tract infections, flu testing, sprains, migraines
and other conditions that do not require rescue care, but still require attention.
Ancillary Testing
Have your ancillary testing done with us, including pulmonary function testing to measure the performance of your lungs, cardiac and vascular ultrasounds, anticoagulation testing and home cardiac rhythm monitoring. Results come directly to the provider without having to wait to be sent from an outside source!
