New Medicare GLP 1 Bridge Program
This program is designed to help patients safely begin GLP-1 weight management therapy while providing the close medical supervision necessary for the best possible outcomes.
Important Program Information
Initial Consultation Required
If you are interested in starting GLP-1 therapy, you must schedule a dedicated office visit to discuss your weight loss goals, medical history, and determine if this treatment is appropriate for you.
Monthly Follow-Up Visits (First 4 Months)
During the course of your treatment, monthly office visits are required. These visits allow your provider to:
- Monitor your progress and weight loss
- Evaluate any side effects
- Determine whether your medication dosage should be adjusted
- Decide whether a refill is appropriate
No Office Visit = No Refill
To ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, we will be implementing a “No Office Visit, No Refill” policy.
Prescription Processing
We anticipate significant interest in the GLP-1 Bridge Program, and participating pharmacies may experience a high volume of prescription requests.
Please allow at least one week after your prescription is sent for your medication to be processed and ready for pickup.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide safe, effective, and individualized care for every patient.
If you have questions or would like to schedule your initial consultation, please contact our office.
